Biography

 

Professional

 

Ronda is the Business Manager who oversees the Billing, Accounting, Human Resources and IT/Systems Management departments and ensures that proper internal controls are in place.

 

She believes that employees are the most valuable assets of a company. Exhibiting compassion, inspiring creativity, and setting realistic expectations promotes an environment in which both the employee and company will thrive.

Specializations

Ronda has over nine years of experience in the Pension Administration and Qualified Plans arena, joining RPCSI in November 2010. Ronda directs the financial affairs of the organization by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. She serves as the internal auditor of the business operations of the company.

 

Ronda provides mentorship for the Focus Group leaders whose primary objective is to continually improve and create processes for a better client experience.

Qualifications

Ronda earned an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2014 and received her undergraduate degree from Manchester College in 2004.

 

She continued her education through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and successfully completed the required exams to earn her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation.

 

Ronda stays current with legislative changes by attending local and

web-based training. She is a member of both the Midwest Corbel User Group and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Personal

 

Ronda is married and lives in Roanoke, Indiana with her husband, Jeremy and their two boys.

 

When she is not working with clients, Ronda enjoys spending time with her family and is involved in the Children’s Ministry at Sonrise Church. In her spare time, Ronda loves to stay active, especially traveling and being outdoors.
