Professional

Mike is the Business Development Director and a Qualified Retirement Plan Strategist.

Using RPCSI’s administrative services, Mike helps advisors, wholesalers, CPAs and business owners implement the proper Qualified Retirement Plans in both the defined contribution and defined benefit markets.

 

He believes there are multiple types of retirement plans and many ways to design each one of these plans. The key is to understand what the employer is trying to accomplish and design a plan to meet those needs.

 

Specializations and Qualifications

Mike has 33 years of experience helping clients with retirement plan design and implementation, working at various insurance companies prior to joining RPCSI.

 

Mike has earned the Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant (ARPC) and Plan Sponsor Retirement Professional (PRP) designations. He frequently attends webinars and local seminars to further his knowledge and remain current on industry trends changes.

Personal

​

Mike is married and lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana. When he is not working, Mike spends time with his six children and 15 grandchildren.

 

Mike also enjoys weightlifting, football, Corvettes and his new best friend, his Goldendoodle, Kurby.
