Biography

Professional

Bekah is the Director of Operations at RPCSI, where she partners with
leadership to execute key initiatives, strengthen operational
consistency, and ensure priorities move from idea to implementation.
She supports organizational growth by overseeing daily operations
and helping ensure business processes are efficient, streamlined, and
aligned with company goals.

Bekah believes investing in people leads to success. When team
members feel valued and appreciated, they are empowered to do their
best work, support the company’s mission, and remain focused on
delivering excellent service and doing what is right.

Specializations & Qualifications

Bekah is a seasoned Director of Operations with 18 years of experience
in the financial industry, including retirement, group protection, life
insurance, and individual annuities. She is known for creating clarity,
strengthening processes, and developing people through mentorship,
collaboration, and accountability.

Bekah’s leadership is grounded in the principle, “Always Assume
Positive Intent.” When evaluating a process, she looks for what is
working well and what can be clarified or refined to make it even
better. When joining a team, she focuses first on getting to know the
people - ensuring they feel valued as individuals and supported by a
leader who cares. Her approach to problem-solving begins with
listening and asking thoughtful questions, then determining the best
path forward - whether that means finding a compromise or making a
clear decision when needed.

Bekah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational
Communication from Purdue University.

Personal

Bekah lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana with her husband and two children.
Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors with her family—especially
swimming or hiking—and is always up for a good board game.
