Professional
Andrew is the Head of Systems and Information Security at RPCSI, where he supports internal teams by ensuring accurate, secure, and accessible information across all areas of the firm’s operations.
He focuses on designing and maintaining well-structured systems, secure workflows, and reliable internal tools that enable teams to work efficiently and independently. Andrew believes the best information systems are those that connect seamlessly behind the scenes, creating a clear and consistent experience that supports RPCSI’s high standards of quality and service.
In addition to systems oversight, Andrew plays a key role in problem solving across the organization, helping identify operational gaps, designing practical solutions, and improving workflows to reduce friction and risk.
Specializations & Qualifications
Andrew has been with RPCSI since June 2012, bringing over 12 years of experience supporting both internal teams and clients. His experience includes assisting with census requests, distribution paperwork, government filings, report retrieval, and general system-related support.
Today, his work centers on systems implementation, process design, automation, and the development of internal tools. He is also responsible for internal information security practices, including security awareness and training, and works to ensure RPCSI’s data remains accurate, consistent, and well-governed.
Andrew holds an associate degree in Business Administration from ITT Tech and regularly attends educational webinars and local seminars to stay current with industry and technology changes.

Personal
Andrew lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana with his wife, daughter, and their three dogs.
Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, 3D design and printing, and learning about a wide range of interests that allow him to continually explore how things work and how they can be improved.
