Communication is Key

One of our recent clients came to us because they were unhappy with their prior service providers. Their provider did not return phone messages for 2 or 3 days! RPCSI has always provided timely responses to their emails and phone calls. This is a noticeable difference in service quality and the client is very appreciative of the responsiveness.

One of our ERISA Consultants works with two clients annually to complete notices. She reaches out in September as she prepares their annual notice packets for review. Once the clients review the packets and provide an updated address file, RPCSI mails the packets to all applicable participants. Our team works hard to take the guesswork out of annual tasks such as this and helps plans stay on track.

For one client, our consultant personally provides vesting information for each employee who is taking a distribution as the employer requests. This personal attention to our clients is what sets RPCSI apart.

We have a client who was having difficulty with their annual match and profit sharing calculations. For an additional fee, we were able to take over that process a few years ago. Since then, we prepare the calculations twice per year and it has alleviated the majority of the issues they were having.
