Robyn is the Installation Manager and Document Consultant who leads her team in the

on-boarding of all new RPCSI clients, working in concert with the advisor and vendor.

In addition, Robyn leads her team in the preparation of all plan documents, amendments and annual notices.  She is dedicated to providing excellent service to her clients and furthering her education in the area of Qualified Retirement Plans.

Specializations

Robyn has over 26 years of experience helping clients in the Pension Administration and Qualified Plans arena and joined RPCSI in June 2002. Prior to becoming the Installation Manager and Document Consultant, Robyn served as a Qualified Plan Consultant, providing clients with ongoing administrative services, including non-discrimination testing and government filings for 401(k), Profit Sharing and Money Purchase Pension Plans for 19 years. 

 

She now leads the New Business team, and in addition to on-boarding all new clients, she conducts a thorough review of the takeover plan provisions and/or new plan design, consults with the takeover clients on plan design and provides an electronic restated plan document package. Robyn and her team also provide the investment platform with the plan provisions and participates in installation/conversion calls with the plan sponsor, advisor and vendor.

Qualifications

As Document Consultant, Robyn remains up-to-date on all legislative changes.

Upon transitioning to her current position, Robyn worked with Michelle Marsh, to develop the internal on-boarding processes and procedures. Furthermore, Robyn developed internal processing checklists, which guide the installation team through each task. These checklists ensure that all necessary internal processes are completed with accuracy, as well as updates to the vendor.

 

Robyn attends Advanced Pension Conferences and local training which allows her to stay current with legislative changes and better serve her clients.

Personal

​

Robyn is married and lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana with her husband Jeff. She has a daughter and a son who are both married, and she has five grandchildren.

Robyn also has two furkids that fill her time.

 

When she is not working with clients, Robyn likes to travel, work on projects at home and spend time with her expanding family.  Robyn’s passion is animal advocacy and she lends support to several animal rescue organizations.
