Professional

 

Michelle is the President and Chief Visionary Officer who helps corporations create the best retirement plan design to fit their needs and the needs of their employees. She provides plan sponsors with

on-going consulting services to properly maintain their retirement plan.

​

She believes strongly in advocating for the TPA industry and works to increase awareness and promote the creation of mutually rewarding partnerships. She is dedicated to providing outstanding service to all of her clients and financial advisors.

 

 

Specializations

 

Michelle has over 30 years of experience helping clients with Qualified Retirement Plan Design and Administration. She was instrumental in establishing RPCSI and became president upon establishment on January 1, 2000.

​

She speaks nationally and is very active in promoting the TPA industry, the services they offer, and the knowledge they bring to the relationship. With more than 750 corporate clients, Michelle has the experience necessary to meet her clients’ specific retirement plan goals.

​

She is a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), a member of the Board of Directors for NIPA, and served as the President of the national organization in 2016-2017. She is also a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and is on the board of the local ASPPA Benefits Council. Furthermore, she serves on two independent investment company TPA Advisory Boards.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Michelle holds an associate degree in accounting from International Business College.

She has furthered her education by successfully earning the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation. She attends and speaks at Advanced Pension Conferences annually.

​

Michelle authored a book in 2017 titled “The Heart of Retirement.”

 

 

Personal

 

Michelle is married with two grown sons and one stepson and lives in Fort Wayne, IN with her husband Jeff. Her oldest son and his wife live in Fort Wayne and he works in the business with her. Her younger son, whom Michelle likes to visit, lives in Phoenix, Arizona.

When she is not working with clients, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially in the summer where she spends as much time as possible in her backyard oasis. She enjoys traveling with her husband, family, and friends. She tries to get in a few rounds of golf each year and enjoys spending time with her son’s two golden doodles Lincoln and Molly.

Michelle enjoys working with and meeting new people, building relationships that are based on trust, and is committed to furthering her knowledge in the Qualified Retirement Plans area. She enjoys speaking at industry events and is very active in every aspect of running a successful ERISA consulting firm.
