Michelle M. Marsh, QKA is the President of RPCSI. She has over 20 years of extensive experience with the Design, Implementation and Administration of Qualified Retirement Plans. She works closely with clients to design the type of Retirement Plan that fits their need.
Michelle is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). She is a member of the board of the local ASPPA Benefits Council. She speaks nationally with NIPA and conducts educational webinars. She is a Subject Matter Expert for ASPPA and commits her time in this role to the area of legal plan documents.
Michelle received her Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation in 2001 after passing the required five exams. She maintains her designation by attending and speaking at Advanced Pension Conferences annually.
She enjoys working with and meeting new people. She is dedicated to providing outstanding service to all of her clients and she instills this dedication in her entire team.
Susan T. Guck, QKA is the Senior Administrator and Manager of Operations. Suzy joined RPCSI in May of 1999. She has over 15 years of experience in the Retirement Plan administration and consulting field. She provides clients with full service administration, consulting and compliance testing for their retirement plans.
Suzy is responsible for the review process of all year end work completed by the administrators to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality reporting to all of our clients. She is also responsible for the policies and procedures that are implemented and followed in the success of providing excellent service to our clients.
She earned her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation in 2006 through ASPPA after completing the required five exams. Suzy is a member of ASPPA National and on the board of the Local ASPPA Benefits Council. She attends Advance Pension Conferences and participates on educational webinars throughout the year to stay current with the constant changes in this field.
Stacy C. Brown, QKA is an Administrator. Stacy joined RPCSI in January of 2002. She has over 15 years of experience in the Retirement Plan administration and consulting field. She provides clients with full service administration, consulting and compliance testing for their retirement plans.
Stacy earned her Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University in May of 1997. She has continued her education through ASPPA and earned her QKA designation in August of 2007 and is a member of ASPPA. She maintains her designations and stays current with all aspect of Retirement Plans by attending Advanced Pension Conferences and by participating in various educational webinars each year.
She excels at providing outstanding services to all of her clients and is a great internal resource for all aspects of her job and especially technology related issues.
Robyn D. Pequignot is an Administrator. Robyn joined RPCSI in June of 2002. She has over 15 years of experience in the Retirement Plan administration and consulting field. She provides clients with full service administration, consulting and compliance testing for their retirement plans.
Robyn is very dedicated to exceeding the service needs of her clients. She is also a great resource for the implementation of documents and procedures to help streamline the internal processes for RPCSI.
She stays current with all the laws that affect Qualified Retirement Plans by attending Advanced Conferences each year, as well as participating in various types of webinar training for both the technical and operational details of retirement plans.
Lisa R. Bowser, QKA is an Administrator. Lisa joined RPCSI in November of 2002. She has over 10 years of experience in the retirement plan field. She provides clients with full service administration, consulting and compliance testing for their retirement plans.
Lisa earned her Bachelor Degree in Business with a major in Finance from Indiana University. She has continued her education through ASPPA and earned her QKA designation in 2006 and is a member of ASPPA. She maintains her designations and stays current with all aspect of Retirement Plans by attending Advanced Pension Conferences and by participating in various educational webinars each year.
She works closely with her clients to ensure that their plans are compliant with all the regulations and are meeting the clients' needs. Lisa is a great resource for the assistants as she began in that position in 2002 and was promoted to a full Administrator in 2008.
Charlene A. Harber, QKA is our Document Specialist. Charlene joined RPCSI in August of 1999. She has 10 years of experience in the retirement plan field. She provides legal documents as required by ERISA for all of our clients and ensures that all documents are up to date with IRS regulations.
Charlene earned her QKA designation in 2006 through ASPPA. She maintains her designations and stays current with all aspect of Retirement Plans by attending Advanced Pension Conferences and by participating in various educational webinars each year.
She works closely with our clients to ensure their legal plan documents are up-to-date and that all Required Plan Amendments are executed timely. She also provides all of our clients with all the required notices dictated by the individual design of each plan.
Jenn Galilei is the Executive Assistant and Conversion Coordinator. Jenn joined RPCSI in May of 2008 in the distribution specialist role which gave her a very good understanding of qualified retirement plans. She was promoted to an Assistant Administrator in September 2008 and since has been appointed Executive Assistant and Conversion Coordinator as of June 2009.
Jenn works directly with Michelle Marsh assisting with the needs of our clients and associates as well as maintaining good working relationships and business effectiveness. She assists in marketing needs and coordinating special projects. Jenn also works closely with the Administrators on plan specific processing of select distributions and loans and coordinates the conversion processes for new plans.
Jennifer Deffenbaugh is an Assistant Administrator and joined RPCSI in September of 2009. She works closely with the Administrators to assist with the daily and year end needs of our clients.
Jennifer also works closely with the clients to ensure that census information is complete and accurate for the proper processing of valuations. She performs trust accounting functions for the preparation of the valuation reports. She works with the Administrator to ensure timely and accurate processing of all compliance work, testing and government reporting. She continues to work with all distribution processes for select clients.
Carolyn Hunneshagen is an Assistant Administrator. Carolyn joined RPCSI in August of 2009 and works closely with the Administrators to assist with the daily and year end needs of our clients.
Carolyn also works closely with the clients to ensure that census information is complete and accurate for the proper processing of valuations. She performs trust accounting functions for the preparation of the valuation reports. She works with the Administrator to ensure timely and accurate processing of all compliance work, testing and government reporting.
Cherry Bird is our Distribution Specialist. Cherry joined RPCSI in November of 2008. She works closely with the Administrators to assist with the daily processing of all distribution requests consisting of loans, hardships, terminations, death, disability and retirement distributions. She works closely with the clients to ensure that all necessary forms are completed and signed by the authorized signer. She confirms all available amounts for distribution with the financial institutions and she completes all necessary paperwork to ensure all distributions are processed accurately and timely.
Mary Lynn Loeffler is an Administrative Assistant. Mary Lynn joined RPCSI in January of 2004. She is responsible for the scanning and filing of all documents received by RPCSI. She also maintains all of our contact addresses and ensures that all systems are kept up-to-date with any changes.
Mary Lynn also compiles the year-end valuations, participant statements and government reports and sees that they are sent to the clients and advisors in a timely manner.
Betty Braun is a Part-Time Assistant Administrator.Betty joined RPCSI in October of 2006. She works during our busiest time when we need her most. She works closely with the Administrators to assist with the year end needs of our clients. She requests asset downloads and completes gain/loss spreadsheets for all of our clients. Betty also helps with much of the year end prepatory work to help make the year end process more efficient.
