She provides clients with on-going consulting services in addition to administrative services for 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans, Profit Sharing Plans, Cross Tested Profit Sharing Plans, Money Purchase Pension Plans and Target Benefit Plans. 

She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and is on the board of the local ASPPA Benefits Council. She is also a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), a member of the Fort Wayne ERISA study group, and a member of the Midwest User Group for Pension Software Systems. 

Michelle received an Associates Degree in Accounting in 1986 from International Business College. She has furthered her education by successfully earning the professional designation of QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) by passing five ASPPA exams PA-1, PA-2, C-1, C-2(DC) and the Daily Valuation exam. She attends and speaks at Advanced Pension Conferences annually.

Michelle enjoys working with and meeting new people. She is dedicated to providing outstanding service to all of her clients. She is also committed to furthering her knowledge in the Qualified Retirement Plans area. She works with clients on establishing qualified retirement plans to meet their needs. She also works with clients to transition them from one type of service and investment arrangement to another more suitable arrangement.
