Charlene is an Administrator with Retirement Plan Concepts & Services, Inc. She joined Retirement Plan Concepts & Services, Inc. in August 1999. She works closely with our Administrators to provide clients with various services for 401(k) Plans, Profit Sharing Plans and Money Purchase Pension Plans.

She works closely with the clients to ensure that census information is accurate and complete for proper processing of valuations. She works with the clients and the investment companies to see that all distribution requests are complete and accurate so processing can be timely and efficient. She works very closely with the Administrator to ensure timely and accurate processing of all compliance work, testing and government reporting.

Charlene is also solely responsible for our in house 1099-R processing and for servicing our 5500 only group of clients. She is also responsible for the review of payroll processing, handling conversions and processing of plan documents.

Charlene attends Qualified Retirement Plan seminars to increase her knowledge in the Qualified Plans field. This allows her to learn additional information, stay current with pension laws and better serve our clients. Continuing her education through the American Society of Pension Actuaries, Charlene has successfully completed the PA-1, DC-1 and DC-2 exams to earn her QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) designation. 

Charlene is dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients and furthering her education in the area of Qualified Retirement Plans. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
